Searching HIS Ways

And you shall seek Me, and find Me, when ye shall search for Me with all of your heart! (Jeremiah 29:13) The LORD is good to those that wait for Him; to the soul that seeks Him. (Lamentations 3:25)

  • Dear Friends,

I am finally getting a chance to update you on our news. Here are a few short highlights:

    · I have been traveling quite a bit lately and keeping very busy with all that is happening through TBN Nejat TV ministries. The work of God among Iranians is exploding everywhere. More Iranians and Afghanis are coming to the Lord than ever before, and more churches are starting among Iranians all the time. The need for trained leaders is ever before us.

    · We have started two church fellowships in the LA area, one a bi-lingual (English-Farsi) in Woodland Hills and the other, an all Farsi fellowship among the Armenian Iranians in Glendale. We are getting more involved with the Persian communities of the LA area. There are about 600,000 Iranians living in LA County. Please keep us in your prayers for this Sunday as we have a massive outreach among Iranians in Balboa Park, CA. Tens of thousands of Iranians gather together for a gigantic picnic to celebrate the end of the Persian New Year, Norooz. We are passing out many books, dvds and other Christian materials.

    · I will leave in a few days for the Middle East filming with TBN, celebrating TBN’s 25th Anniversary. I will travel to London directly from there to hold a Persian conference and also start a new church in North London. Terry and Mersa Ware will help us pastor the church on a weekly basis. I will also have a weekly Bible study with them through Skype. London is becoming a spiritual battleground between the forces of Islam and Christianity. I hope we are not late in protecting a great nation that has brought both sorrow and joy to many nations around the world.

    · This summer I will be very busy traveling (Germany, France, New Zealand, and Sweden) speaking and ministering in conferences among the Arabs, Persians and other nationalities, spreading the truth of the Gospel of our God.

    Other News:
    · Our English Bible School, School of Redemption, in Florida is doing great. We will be graduating about 40 students in May. We will start a new class in June. If you are in Estero, FL area we would like to ask you to join our weekly School of Redemption. It will be a life changing experience.

    · We are launching a new kind of radio called New Covenant Radio. We will tell you all about it in a week or so. It is a very exciting development in our ministry.

Thank you for caring and loving the Iranian and Afghani people. I know there is a lot of negative news about Iran and its evil Islamic regime, and although we separate the regime from the people, the subconscious mind categorizes them together. That is why, I think, there is not enough interest in American churches for this great revival that is happening in Iran today. Whatever the case may be, I know God, I know He is a good God. And I know you; I know your faithfulness and your love for the Gospel. Your partnership with us in the Gospel encourages us to continue the work the Lord has set before us no matter how hard it gets at times. Thank you for standing with us for the Gospel of our God among the Muslim people.

We love you, and appreciate your love and support.

    In His Love,
    Pastor Reza Safa

Thank you Randy for posting this - I have had a special heart for both Persians and Afghan people ever since I can remember, and especially after coming to know the Lord. But even before, I went to school in France with many Persians in exile and also had some classmates from Afghanistan. I have wanted to go both places, and I would probably be there now if I was not an American single white woman - a huge target. Not that I don't trust God to protect me wherever He might send me, but other people don't! I applied to teach at a University in the Kurdish area of Iraq near the border with Iran last year - a place that was supposedly peaceful - but they did not hire me. I'm glad to learn of this ministry.
